Now he is founder of PurposeLife (AI coaching), Invown (fintech), and a multi-state rental portfolio — all operated AI-first, with agentic AI embedded across every facet of the business.

Mendel is the Chief Revenue Officer at Be AI First, where he leads growth strategy, partnerships, and go-to-market execution. He brings an operator's perspective shaped by building and running real-world businesses.

He founded Loo Haven, a restroom-trailer rental company serving events across the Northeast, and Breit Realty, a New Haven–based real estate investment firm he founded to acquire properties directly and efficiently.
